Nobody Knows the Truffles I've Seen

This card is a "pick-me-up" for a 12 year old friend. She has Crohn's and although has been getting treated, has yet to find the right blend of meds to relieve her symptoms. She has become dehydrated; whether due to her Crohn's or a virus, she is in the hospital over night to get hydrated. Crohn's is really a terrible disease! It not only affects your digestive system, but there is joint pain and various other effects. It is not a "quick fix" in terms of meds, either. Each person is different and different combinations work for different  people. Sadly, R has not found the right mix and faces trips down to Children's Hospital in Vancouver to get treatment.

I love these images! The stamps are from My Cute Stamps. Unfortunately, they are going out of  the stamp business. The good thing is that you can get them on sale, like I did! Really cute images! This one is from "I love chocolate".

The chocolates are inked in chocolate ink, but in the late day light, show as black. I embossed with clear ep to give a bit of "shine" to the chocolate. Of course, I had to add some clear sparkles as well!
I had stamped "Nobody knows the truffles I've seen" on the wash tape, but you cannot read the writing. I stamped it again inside.
